The Boxer Hotel | Boston
I recently traveled to Boston and Cambridge for work last week and stayed at the Boxer Hotel. If you haven't heard of the Boxer Hotel, it's an industrial chic boutique hotel located in the North End. I mainly picked this hotel because of its convenient location and its aesthetic interior.
I stayed a total of 5 nights in the Traditional King room. Upon arrival, I found an arrival gift and personalized card from ic hotels. If you sign up to be a member (free to join), you get an arrival gift at every boutique hotel under independent collection hotels.
Here are some highlights from my stay:
Hotel Bikes
Of the many amenities the hotel has to offer, I love that they have hotel bikes that you can use anytime based on availability. If it was warmer, I would have definitely tried these out to explore the city.
Breakfast in Bed
It was my birthday on the last day of my stay, so I decided to treat myself to breakfast in bed. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel called the Finch that serves breakfast, dinner, and drinks.
Hotel Decor
I'm obsessed with the industrial chic vibe of the hotel and its little quirks, like this drawing on the wall of a boxer and lobster pillow. If you are someone who appreciates little details like this, you will love staying at this hotel. It's also pet-friendly!
Bathroom
The bathroom had L'Occitane amenities, marble countertops, and a marble shower. I also loved that they have extra toothpaste and toothbrushes in the lobby if you happen to forget yours. Also brought some essentials with me:
1. Liquid Collagen by Algenist
100% vegan, plant-based product that contains collagen and 13,000 beads of microalgae oil. It's never too early to start taking care of your skin! Also love how the applicator gives you the exact amount that you need.
2. Night Pressed Serum by Algenist
This recharging night pressed serum is great for hydrating the skin at night. Love that it's packed with high levels of coconut water.
3. No7 Hydrogel Eye Masks
I have under eye bags for days, so I could use all the eye bag help I can get. Love traveling with these eye masks from No7. They are so soothing and convenient to use.
4. Makeup Brush Set
Just wanted to share this beautiful makeup brush set. The bristles are so soft and luxurious feeling. And they come in a drawstring bag perfect for traveling.
Lobby + The Finch Restaurant
Grab a drink in the bar downstairs, stop by for their dinner selections or just chill in the lobby. Loved the home-like vibes here.
